Developing the YouLead Compass

The YouLead Compass focuses on designing and refining entrepreneurial training content tailored to the needs of young people and youth workers. This phase involves creating educational frameworks and resources that provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of entrepreneurship. Through this activity, the project ensures that the training content is both innovative and accessible, paving the way for impactful learning experiences.

Building the YouLead Digital Quiver

This activity brings the project’s signature tools to life. The Digital Serious Game, Audiobook, and Animation Palette are developed to provide immersive and interactive learning experiences. These tools allow participants to engage with entrepreneurship in a practical, hands-on manner, fostering critical skills such as creativity, problem-solving, and adaptability.

Hosting Training Labs – YouLead Learning Funnels

Training labs are a cornerstone of the YouLead Project, offering short-term, intensive learning opportunities for youth workers and young people.
