The YouLead Compass is an educational and methodological guide developed within the Erasmus+ YouLead project. It serves as a strategic framework to support youth entrepreneurship education, with a strong focus on young people with fewer opportunities.

The Compass brings together research findings, youth needs analysis, and best practices from partner countries, translating them into practical educational responses and tools. It is based on key methodological principles such as human-centred design, learning by doing, serious gaming and gamification, digital inclusion, co-creation, mentorship, and emotional resilience-building.

Designed for youth workers, educators, trainers, and stakeholders, the YouLead Compass provides guidance on selecting and integrating appropriate tools into workshops, mentoring, and training activities. Its aim is to foster entrepreneurial skills, confidence, creativity, and resilience, while ensuring inclusive, accessible, and engaging learning experiences across diverse European contexts
